If you like American football (which should not be confused with soccer), then maybe you’ve heard of the New Orleans Saints – a football team that plays for New Orleans, Louisiana. The New Orleans Saints presently reign as Champions in the National Football Conference’s Southern Division of the NFL (National Football League.) The schedule for 2008 of games of the New Orleans Saints starts in September 2008 and ends at the close of November 2008. The schedule for the home games of the New Orleans Saints at the newly repaired Superdome stadium will be on August 10, 2008 (against the Buffalo Bills team) and on August 30 (against the Miami Dolphins team.) The game versus the Buffalo Bills team is also to be aired on TV.

Cheerleaders

The cheerleaders of the New Orleans Saints are called the New Orleans Saintsations. This team of cheerleaders was formally set up in 1977. Despite belonging to different teams, all cheerleaders in the NFL (even those who cheer for the New Orleans Saints) have the opportunity to be selected as members of the Pro Bowl collective cheerleading squad. However, only one member per football team cheerleading squad can be chosen only for this elite group of Pro Bowl cheerleaders every year (meaning, just one of the New Orleans Saintsations can be selected for the Pro Bowl squad annually.) Though often very beautiful, the cheerleaders of all the NFL teams are strictly forbidden to date NFL football players (even from the football teams they cheer for specifically.)
