St. Charles Streetcars Push Past Napoleon

Heading down Joseph Street this morning, I was thrilled to see something I had never seen before. A streetcar cruising west along the upper portion of St. Charles Avenue toward Tulane. Heading down St. Charles, I saw the temporary barriers at Napoleon Avenue standing off to the side of the tracks.
