Bush Visit to Jackson Barracks, Lower 9th Ward

Yesterday, with a rare bit of freedom left before the storm, I went down to the Lower 9th Ward with my friend Jake to observe President Bush's visit to New Orleans at Jackson Barracks. Well, not only could we not get into the list-only event at the Barracks, which is massively under construction, but we weren't even allowed to stand along the roadways leading into the place.
