Their current schedule of 30 ongoing classes a week, held in two large classrooms, includes basics, gentle, medium- paced, and vigorous classes as well as kids' yoga, prenatal yoga, and kirtan chanting/live music. They also offer year- round workshops, retreats, and music concerts.
